Siberian fir(Abies sibirica) is an evergreen tree that grows mainly in Siberia, but is also widespread in North America. It is a coniferous tree, can grow up to 35 metres tall and is extremely resistant to low temperatures, surviving even at -50 °C.

The most common use of conifer is for the extraction of oil, and the aromatic resin was once used by ancient peoples to make ointments, but today it is used to make perfumes.

FutuNatura's product contains 100% Siberian fir oil and is designed primarily for consumption, taking advantage of all the excellent active ingredients, but you can also use it:

• as aessential oil (aromatherapy),
• body care - rub the oil on different parts of the body, such as muscles and joints,
• for bath (20 minutes),
• as an addition to cream, liquid soap or other cosmetic products for everyday care,
• for inhalation - put a few drops of oil in hot water and inhale for about 5 minutes.

Siberian fir oil is produced by steam distillation of Siberian fir needles and young twigs. It is clear to slightly yellowish in colour and is considered one of the most popular oils in aromatherapy due to its natural aroma, which is rich, resinous and reminiscent of the scent of a pine forest.
