Amalaki, also known as Indian gooseberry or amla, is a beautiful medium-sized deciduous tree with feathery leaves, pale green flowers and round greenish-yellow fruits. The fruits of the plant are used in Ayurvedic diet. It is one of the 3 herbal constituents of triphala, a famous Ayurvedic blend.

Cosmoveda capsules contain Amalaki (Indian gooseberry) fruit powder, which is finely ground below 40°C and sourced from organic regions of India and Sri Lanka.

Daily dose contains 3.80 g of herbal powder, of which 640 mg are polyphenols.
