Organic white tea

Organic white tea - also called Yin Zhen or silver needle.

The Yin Zhen tea, also called silver needle, is one of the rarest Chinese white teas. Only young, unopened leafy shoots or sprouts with velvety shiny hairs are used for cultivation.

Organic White Tea or Yin Zhen tea is one of the ten most famous teas from China, originating from the northernmost corner of Fujian province. It has a characteristic delicate herbal taste and the aroma is often compared to that of freshly cut grass.

Use

Preparation: Cover a heaped teaspoon with warm water (80°C) and leave to infuse for 3 minutes.
