Lazelweed (Glycyrrhiza glabra) is a plant that is widespread in the Mediterranean and China. It is a perennial plant that can grow up to 2 metres and has a yellow woody root.

Lazelnut or its roots are extremely sweet. It is therefore used as a sweetener in soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, but also in sweets, teas, chewing gum, etc.

Use

Recommended Use - Tea Preparation:1.5-2 teaspoons pour boiling water 100°C. Simmer for 12-15 minutes.
