Broccoli(Brassica oleracea) is a type of vegetable that often thrives in our gardens and enriches our menus with its taste. It comes from the Mediterranean. It has been used by the Romans for its positive properties.

It contains many beneficial substances, including sulforaphane. It is a secondary plant substance and is the active form of glucoraphan.

1 capsule contains up to 50 mg of sulforaphane and 55 µg of selenium!

Selenium in the capsules works in synergy with the remaining active ingredients.It is important for humans because it plays a role in:
