Hericium erinaceus or hedgehog coral is an edible mushroom that is native to Asia, widespread in North America, and also grows in Europe. It grows parasitically on damaged tree trunks and stumps and is up to 30 cm in diameter.

Hericium plays an important role in Chinese tradition, as it is believed to be able to balance the ying and yang in the whole organism.

1 capsule contains up to 500 mg of pure Hericium erinaceus extract.

The product contains high-quality extract of the mushroom Hericium, in the ideal ratio of active ingredients for best results, which is obtained by biofermentation and additional treatment by hot water extraction. Contains a minimum of 30% polysaccharides.

Use

Recommended Daily Allowance:

• Adults: 1-3 capsules per day.
• Children 3-15 years: 1 capsule per day.
