Peppermint tincture - good for you and your body

Peppermint(Mentha piperita) is an extremely popular herb with a long history of use. It was used by the ancient Egyptians and Greeks for its distinctive scent, and in the 17th century it began to be cultivated in England, from where it spread around the world.

Bioherba tincture is made from peppermint steeped in glycerin, which gives it a sweet taste. Glycerin is a colourless, odourless liquid, slightly thicker than water.

A daily dose of the tincture is equivalent to 750 mg of peppermint.
