Omega-3 fatty acids are essential unsaturated fatty acids. Since the body does not make them on its own, it is important to get enough of them through a balanced diet or supplements.

Because omega-3 fats are important for children and adults, at FutuNature we have created a kit for the whole family, the Omega 3 Family pack, which includes:

• soft adult capsules that provide optimal daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids.

Omega 3 Plus 1000 mg, 120 softgels

• Omega-3 from fish oil with added vitamin E to protect the fatty acids in the capsules from oxidation.
• Capsules with DHA, which has a role in the functioning of the heart, brain and maintaining vision, and EPA, which has a role in the functioning of the heart.*
• A great choice for a daily intake of up to 4000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids!

* Beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

Recommended daily dose:1 to 4 capsules with plenty of water. For optimum effect, take 2 capsules 2 times daily, preferably with meals. Total daily intake of DHA and EPA should not exceed 5 g (5000 mg).

Ingredients: omega 3 from fish oil (from anchovies) - 35% EPA and 25% DHA in the form of ethyl ester, gelatin (capsule shell), glycerin (stabilizer), purified water (filler), DL-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E).

OMEGA 3 - Syrup for children, 150 ml

• Recipe with high DHA (for brain, heart and vision protection) and EPA (for heart).**
• Sweet syrup for children with strawberry flavor, enriched with vitamins A, D3 and E.
• Sirup allows easy dosage (according to the weight of the child), does not contain GMO (genetically modified organisms) and is suitable for children under 3 years of age after consultation with a doctor.

** The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA and EPA. The reference value is for an average adult, so doses should be adjusted for children.

Recommended daily dose:0.5 ml/kg body weight. Maximum daily dose: 20 ml.
