Spermidine is a natural organic compound, which is found in all cells of the body. As we age, the level of spermidine in the body begins to decline, so it is recommended to add it to the diet from the age of 25 onwards.

As the name suggests, spermidine is found in sperm, but in food it is found in wheat germ, soybeans, aged cheese, mushrooms, legumes and some foods of animal origin.Sanct Bernhard capsules contain spermidine from soy extract.

Zinc has a role in protecting cells from oxidative stress.

Oxidative stress is caused by the action of free radicals on our cells and causes cells to age faster. Increased oxidative stress is the result of various factors we are exposed to in our daily lives (e.g. environmental factors, alcohol, unbalanced diet...).
