ZEN Support capsules contain everything you need for optimal support:

• extract of saffron (Crocus sativus L.),
• extract of ashwagandha (Withania somnifera L.),

• GABA, magnesium and vitamin B3 (niacin).

Also extremely important to brain function are neurotransmitters, which are divided into 2 groups - those that trigger activities and those that inhibit activities. GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid or gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a protein intrinsic to the body that acts as a neurotransmitter in the central nervous system.
